TORONTO, CANADA — Compass Racing launches its 15th-consecutive season in IMSA’s Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge by opening a bold new chapter in the new-for-2018 TCR class with two Audi RS 3 LMS race cars.

There is no denying the exhilaration of motorsports—especially if you’re behind the wheel. Racing drivers are true athletes, piloting their machines at high speed on tracks all around the world. “You’re always right at the limit, finding that fine line between having grip and losing adhesion,” said 20-year-old driver Paul Holton. Strong finish to Audi RS 3 LMS Clubsport debut sees C360R take two final wins of the season
MONTEREY, CA - Paul Holton capped off his championship season in style at the Northern California circuit known as Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, winning the final two races of the 12-race Pirelli World Challenge Touring Car season in dominating fashion. The wins earned him the Driver’s Championship and delivered Compass Racing / C360R the Team’s title.

MONTEREY, CA — The penultimate round of IMSA’s Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge was a dramatic four-hour battle set amongst the picturesque, rolling grasslands of the Monterey, California peninsula. Widely considered one of the most iconic tracks in the world featuring signature corners including the unique “Corkscrew”, Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca is also one of the favourite circuits of Compass Racing / C360R, whose success at the track dates back to a win in the series in 2007.

Team garners second ST podium of the IMSA season with Audi and moves back to third place in GS with McLaren
DANVILLE, VA — The rolling hillside over which the challenging Virginia International Raceway twists and turns has to be one of Compass Racing’s favorite stops on the IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge tour. Not only is it a true driver’s track, it’s also one that brings out enthusiastic fans from all over the South. Plus, VIR is the track which the team scored its first professional win, in 2005. Compass Racing has had a lot of success since then, and after a couple of challenging weekends at Lime Rock Park and Road America, the squad was pleased to be back on form in Virginia.

WATKINS GLEN, NY — In a wild race that saw various conditions from bright sun to torrential rain, the Compass Racing squad persevered to notch their second double-podium of the IMSA Continental Tire Sportscar Challenge season. At the fall of the checkered flag, Mathew Keegan and Nico Rondet nabbed second place in their No. 77 AERO™ Advanced Paint Technology / Santo Mezquila / Misahara Jewelry / Pfaff Automotive / Race Day Foundation McLaren 570S GT4. Close behind was the No. 76 Alphaclone ETF / AERO™ Advanced Paint Technology / Pfaff Automotive / Race Day Foundation car of Paul Holton and Matt Plumb, taking third place.

HOLTON EXTENDS PWC CHAMPIONSHIP LEAD AT LIME ROCK
Two second-place finishes solidify Pfaff Audi RS 3 LMS position atop the leaderboard.
Paul Holton extended his Pirelli World Challenge Touring Car championship lead at Lime Rock park, with two podiums. He now sits 45 points ahead of second-place Nick Wittmer, with 136 points versus Wittmer's 91, heading into the summer break. The next TC round is at Salt Lake City, Utah, August 11th to 13th.

New TCR-specification platform has strong showing in Pirelli World Challenge Touring Car season opener
DANVILLE, VA — The Pirelli World Challenge Touring Car Championship launched its season at Virginia International Raceway this past weekend, marking a return to the picturesque southern track, which was last on the calendar in 2010. The series' top class, TC, welcomed a number of new cars for the first time. Most notable of these was the new Audi RS 3 LMS, which is the German manufacturer’s offering in the increasingly popular TCR series that compete around the globe. Modified slightly from its TCR spec to match the performance of the TC-class, it cuts quite a figure, with its body-arch extensions reminiscent of DTM prototypes.

TORONTO, ON — Compass Racing returns to Pirelli World Challenge competition with a brand new Touring Car program featuring the recently-announced Audi RS 3 LMS USA Clubsport in partnership with Pfaff Automotive Partners. Floridian Paul Holton has been engaged to helm the car, which has support from AlphaClone, AERO Paint, Audi Genuine Parts, Audi Tire Center and APR.
