HOW IT WORKS

We can handle your Bring a Trailer (BaT) auction from beginning to end, or we can take the photos/videos and you can run the auction yourself. We’re happy to do as much or as little as you like!

If you hire us to manage the auction, you’ll drop you car off with us, where it will be stored in our indoor, climate-controlled collector car facility during the process. We’ll begin with giving you an estimate for any work that may need to be done on your car prior to the auction, including detailing before we do photos and videos.

Creating a comprehensive gallery of photos and videos is extremely important to provide potential bidders with the confidence that they understand all of the details of your vehicle. Galleries include exterior, interior, engine bay and undercarriage shots (taken on our in-house lift), as well as “hero” shots to be used in the body of your auction text. Videos include a cold-start, walk-around and in-car driving.

We’ll upload the photos to Bring a Trailer and the videos to our YouTube channel, and will work with BaT to craft the text of the listing, which you’ll have an opportunity to approve before the auction goes live. Once live, we’ll answer any questions bidders may have and provide additional details as required.

The winning bidder will pay you directly, after which you will send the title to them, and they can arrange to pick the car up from our secure, indoor storage facility.
