Compass360 Racing announced today that the team will return to Castrol Canadian Touring Car (CCTCC) competition in 2009, fielding an Acura TSX driven by longtime team driver David Ciekiewicz.

MILLER AND POBST WIN AT HOMESTEAD-MIAMI
HOMESTEAD, FL - A day after missing the pole position in Grand-Am KONI Sports Car Challenge competition by only .003 seconds, Randy Pobst and Christian Miller took the No. 74 Compass360 Racing Honda Civic Si to victory in the Street Tuner (ST) class Saturday at Homestead-Miami Speedway in the second closest finish in KONI Challenge history.

TRAVIS WALKER RETURNS TO COMPASS360 RACING FOR 2009
Toronto, Canada—Travis Walker is one of those guys who is just naturally gifted when it comes to driving a race car. Some have talent, but have to work that little bit harder to eke out the last few tenths. For Travis, quick lap times are something that come with seemingly effortless ease. That’s not to say those laps don’t come without effort, it’s just that they seem to come more naturally.

BURROWS AND HOPWOOD A STRONG SECOND IN SOPHOMORE YEAR
After scoring a remarkable championship in their rookie season of KONI Challenge competition in 2007, Adam Burrows and Trevor Hopwood returned to the category with an entirely different challenge in 2008.

A timely yellow flag saw Burrows return to the track after a fleet pit stop for the Compass360 Racing crew as they changed brake pads and got the defending champ back out on course still in top ten position.
COMPASS360 RACING GIVES ACURA TOP FINISHES IN UTAH
TOOELE, UT — Compass360 Racing once again delivered Acura’s best result in a KONI Challenge Street Tuner (ST) race, this time at Miller Motorsports Park outside Salt Lake City, Utah. It was the team’s fifth time in succession as the top Acura (going back to Watkins Glen (1st) and including Iowa (3rd), Trois Rivieres (1st) and New Jersey (7th), keeping the manufacturer in a tight battle with Chevrolet for top honors in Grand-Am’s Street Tuner class.
BURROWS AND HOPWOOD TAKE SIXTH AT MILLER
Tooele, UT – Adam Burrows and Trevor Hopwood closed out the race at Miller Motorsports Park sixth in the ST class results as the two scored the highest finish of all six Acura entries in the Utah event. But the high altitude setting proved to be too much to overcome as the KONI entries that enjoyed supercharged and turbo charged motors ruled the day out West.
