ASCHENBACH WINS TWO FOR TWO AT MOSPORT

Team tops podium at home track double-header; Sandberg takes third place on Sunday

(Bowmanville, ON) -- Last weekend Lawson Aschenbach hoped to maintain his World Challenge championship lead with strong performances at Compass360 Racing's home track, Mosport International Raceway. The Toronto-based team brought two Honda Civic Si's to the race course, ready to do battle with the strong Touring Car-class field, #71 for Aschenbach and the #70 for Brett Sandberg in his second start for the squad.

EVERSLEY AND THOMSON TAKE FIRST GRAND-AM WIN OF 2011 IN VIRGINIA

Hard-fought win puts team back in contention for third consecutive championship

(Danville, Virginia) -- This past weekend the rolling hills of picturesque Virginia International Raceway were the scene of an epic battle between two drivers at the top of their game. Although the two-and-a-half hour race was marred by a number of caution periods, the last twenty minutes featured the top Street Tuner-class cars trading places on nearly every lap, leading to a dramatic conclusion in the Continental Tire Sports Car Championship event and seeing two-time series' champions Compass360 Racing taking their first win of the season.

ASCHENBACH FOURTH AT SALT LAKE CITY

Fourth consecutive top-ten finish extends Championship Lead

Tooele, Utah -- Lawson Aschenbach brought his #71 Compass360 Racing Honda Civic Si across the line in fourth place, netting him sufficient points to maintain his championship lead over race winner Aaron Povoledo by 73 points.

"We expected as much here," he said. "It's a little frustrating but we know at this altitude the forced-induction cars have an advantage. Aaron's Volvo and the Volkswagens were in their own class this weekend."
